Ashley Wilson

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

Ashley Wilson is an Audio Technician from Columbus, Texas. Ashley started working at New Sound Hearing Center in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because she has a passion for helping others.
What Ashley loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the patients eyes light up when they are able to hear clearer than they ever thought possible! Ashley strives for every patient to walk out of the clinic with a smile on their face in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Ashley loves to go fishing, sing, play dominoes, and spend time with her children.

Laura Garza

Patient Care Coordinator

Laura Garza is a Patient Care Coordinator. Laura is originally from Missouri City, Tx and moved to Richmond, Tx in 1997. Laura attended Elkins High School and began working in the hearing industry, at NewSound Hearing in 2024. Laura was drawn to the profession because she loves helping people.

What Laura loves most about saving hearing lives is, the smiles and gratitude patients leave with. Laura is focused on continuous learning, to be able to grow with the company, and help others on a higher level in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Laura loves hobbies such as spending time with my children and grandbaby, reading, and fishing.
